The pour delivers predominant fruit notes of blackberry, boysenberry, red currant, and blueberry. The finish brings mellow plum-skin acidity and tannin. Malbec is a full-bodied red wine, and thus, it begs to be paired with more full-flavored foods. Try it with grilled steaks or lamb, grilled portobello mushrooms and roasted red peppers, or our favorite — blue cheese burgers!
